Refund/Return Policy
Due to the unique nature of our products, we do not typically accept returns or offer refunds on any jewellery purchases. Each piece is carefully inspected before sale to ensure it meets our quality standards.
Exceptions:
Manufacturing Defects: If you receive an item with a confirmed manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery date. We will do our best to assess the issue and, if deemed appropriate, offer a repair or replacement.
