Processing Times
Please allow 1-2 business days (from purchase date) for all in-stock items. It is important to understand that the processing time is NOT part of the shipping time. Shipment takes place after processing.

In some cases, our system may flag certain orders as fraudulent. Such orders will immediately be cancelled and refunded. We may contact you for further information to verify your identity and validate the transaction.
  
Shipment
All domestic & international orders are shipped via Royal Mail. Tracking numbers will be sent once package has been shipped. All packages are tracked and will require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure you are available to sign for your package. Please check below for our shipping times.
  
We currently only offer Domestic (UK) & International (EU & US ONLY) shipping
  • Standard UK Shipping: ( 2 - 4 business days) 
  • Standard International EU : ( 3 - 7 business days)
  • Standard International US : ( 6 - 8 business days)  
Free Shipping
We offer free standard delivery on orders over £100.00 for both domestic & international orders.
Please be sure to provide the correct shipping address and contact information. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses. While we strive to meet delivery timelines, unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays or courier issues may affect your delivery. Lost or Damaged Packages
Once the package reaches the courier, PrettiGurlCharms will not be held responsible of any delayed, lost or stolen packages. However, we will aim to help you as much as possible. Please contact support@prettigurlcharms.com. and provide us with your order number. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
